Lovely home.

Everything was great except the hot tub was out of order but other than that we loved the cabin

Very nice cabin, the hot tub had a weird smell to it and there were a few leaks. Other than that, everything was fine.

Cabin was very nice and had all the amenities that were advertised Family had a great time

It was good. Nothing to do thanks to Coronavirus but the cabin was nice. We might try again when this all blows over.

The cabin was clean with lots of activities to keep our family happy when we were flooded in! Close to town and all the attractions. Staff was very friendly when we talked with them on the phone.

My family had a GREAT Time! The cabin was clean upon our arrival. The staff leading up to the trip was very nice. Also, the direct check-in is very helpful. We arrived pass the hours that the office was open and was able to check into our cabin pass normal office hours. This is my second time staying with Timber Top properties and I have had a great time each time. Also the cabin had everything that we needed and more. We will be back.

The cabin was just what we needed. It was big enough for everyone. The kids had the best time. They loved the hot tub and the fire pit outside. Love the town of Pigeon Forge. We had the best time. Thank you for a wonderful place to stay with lots of stuff for the kids to do.

Beautiful place cabin very well prepared we had a excellent time.

All in all was very nice cabin!! Were just a few very small issues, the coffee pot didn't work great, not sure if that was a water issue or coffee pot, but the coffee tasted like salt, the blinds were broken in places and could not close all the way...however, the cabin was very roomy, beds comfortable, and lots of games.

The cabin was great. Our family of 10 had plenty of room to spread out. Enjoyed the game room and loved the fire pit.

I loved the fact that we could check into our cabin without a visit to the office. The cabin was beautiful and clean. The office personnel always answered any questions that we had and were very prompt in answering e mails from me.

The cabin was great. Everyone had plenty of space to spread out.I loved drinking coffee on the front porch.This was the best vacation we ever had.

Customer service at the office was great. Very kind manager. Cabin was gteat Loved the space between cabins. Tree limb hid one of the road signs and gravel road has big ruts in it.coukd have used more towels. Overall, very good experience.

We stay in this same cabin every year and our family comes together from Tennessee, North Carolina, South Carolina, and Louisiana. We have enjoyed this cabin so much every year. It truly feels like our home away from home. We have bonfires and my niece sits on the steps and tells us jokes. We play cornhole on the back deck and have our yearly family competition. We just have loved this cabin and have loved reserving through Timber Tops. Everything is simple and everyone is so friendly and ready to help. We even met the owner of the cabin one time and he was great. We really appreciate everything and will surely be coming back year after year. Thank you so much for so many pleaseant experiences!

Problems with the refrigerator freezer portion, no blinds or curtains in the windows, gameroom should be on bottom floor. Hard to sleep. We were promised pool access which was a big amenity...NO POOL time. Hill to cabin dangerous. No scenery. I am sure other cabins of Timber Top Cabins are different. Staff was wonderful. We love Tennessee and will be back.

Cabin was beautiful, clean and just as expected. Staff is professional and helpful. Highly recommend. We are already planning our return trip.

Service was great however the bathroom toilets and shower were disgusting and smelled urine soaked. Especially the main bathroom shower curtain

Cabin was so good. But there were water problems in rest rooms.

Loved the cabin. Had a minor issues but was fixed within 20 minutes. Cabin is well kept and clean the staff are very friendly. With the exception of the insulation between the floors is horrible! But, I would definitely recommend Timbertop to everyone and my family will be back soon

Enjoyed the cabin. Timber Tops easy to work with. Internet service outdated and not working. Timber Tops Rep brought hot patch internet plug-in box. Internet service for first day and then never worked after that. Nice cabin, but needed some maintenance, such as front door knob real loose and tightened it up, burnt out light bulbs or missing, outside security light not working, bathroom faucet dripping. The cabin was lightly cleaned and all windows were dirty. Being all hardwood floors ran a Swifter and picked up a lot that was there before our visit. Took living room area rug outside, shook and brushed, hadn't been done for a while. Cleaned the windows. Overall our visit was nice, but we left the cabin in better shape than when arrived. We always try to do this on our trips. Thanks!!!

The cabin was wonderful! The only thing that could be better is the dishwasher. We did a load and everything was still dirty. We washed everything by hand. Wasn't really a big deal. Loved the bunk room and game room. That kept the kids occupied the entire time.

Great time, but they need ro supply more trash bags for a week stay. The cabin was clean and beautiful. WiLloyd be doing it again.

We absolutely loved our stay. We had a minor issue that you sent someone to repair very quickly. Outstanding!

Everything was wonderful. Only complaint was not enough washcloths. Cabin was very clean.

The log cabin was beautiful- There was a leak under the counter in the kitchen, the ice maker did not work as there were not clear instructions for set up and also the upstairs bathtub leaked in the one on the main floor(the biggest room)

everything was fine. except we never did find the pool that we could have used. the directions to the cabin were fine but part of the directions said the road dips down. that was a drop down not a dip. the roads out there need to be repaired as well lots of pot holes in the road which made it hard to get up the hill and all. there were several lights out in the cabin. You may want to check the tub in bunk bed room. There was water dripping down into the tub in king bed master bathroom tub.
