Perfect space for our family! Loved the Christmas decorations.

The whole process was so easy. Cabin was clean and everything went great.

Cabin was very nice. Everyone at timber tops were very pleasant. Cabin could have instructions for modern appliances. one bedroom only had one hand towel. Could use a few things, but it's all new. Saw a momma bear & 3 cubs 2 cabins down road! 8 of us enjoyed the cabin. Thanhs Timber Tops.

The cabin was brand new and beautiful, but the flip side of that is that it was minimally stocked. The check in code was delivered at exactly 4:00 PM even though the cabin was not booked the days prior. Understood that is the time advertised, but it would be nice if it had been available earlier. Checkout was easy and the text appreciated.

Loved it. However you really need bathroom for guest in the basement.

When we call about a problem, it was fixed right away.

Everything was wonderful. We just weren't able to enjoy the spa outside on the porch.

This was a great stay. Cabin was beautiful and was well suited for our group of 16. Both kids and adults loved it. Best parts were the fire pit area and game room. Then second best being the large windows for the view when you wake up.

Exceeded expectations! We stayed with Timber Tops for a Mountain wedding. The cabin and view were absolutely breathtaking. The service your staff provided was exceptional. Not only did the reservationist, Dana, help with lodging questions, she went beyond her duties to help me locate a florist, bakery and wedding chapel! Timber Tops is top notch! Would highly recommend to everyone.

The cabin was perfect for the 5 couples we had with us. The views were amazing and we enjoyed hanging out on the deck and in the hot tub. The kitchen was well equipped and the beds and bed pillows were super comfy. Check in was a breeze. We had a great weekend.

This was one of my best getaways, the check in was smooth, and the service was awesome. The cabin was in great condition, only a couple of small issues, there was no clothes iron and spider webs all along the outside balcony. Other than that, it was awesome. I am already planning my for my next trip. Thank you for everything. Big thank you to Brian who checked us in.

Great! We had minimal issues and plenty of fun! The issues we had were the with the air unit upstairs was not working properly. Even though they could not get it fixed the customer service was excellent! You got people right on it and for that I was very impressed! My only other issue was you probably should stress to future guest that this cabins 5th bedroom does NOT have a bathroom. It is not stated well in the description...I mean neither myself or the person in guest services caught this when I made the reservation. I specifically stated that I needed 5 suites...this cabin technically has only 4. Unfortunately one of the couples opted out due to this detail. It made our trip cost more per person because of this over site. Although everyone that I spoke to about this matter was nice they did nothing to try and compensate and I was terribly disappointed due to I have been staying with you guys for over 10 years! I will say we enjoyed ourselves and it was a great cabin but I don't think we will return to Timber Tops again. .

Had a great time celebrated my 65 birthday with my family everything was great I will most definitely be returning in the near future

The place was very nice. We had difficulty with (2) bad coffee makers but that was the only negative. Very much enjoyed our stay.

Everything was good until the last night when there was no lights and no water and there was no flashlights or lanterns. Unaware I was suppose to bring my own. That's what the maintenance person told me when I called to inquire. Children scared to death.

Every thing great. Cabin great. Directions left for us in lock box were not good and cabin was not in same side of road as directions stated. Gps worked better just needed to go another 100 yards. Meant to leave a note coffee maker in cabinet at cabin does not work. Also couple bulbs out and found a box of already burned out bulbs in cabinet. Over all very good though

Beautiful place needs some update on some things . Also need new cleaning people found large items around house that should have been found if cleaned . Left you wondering about beds . Maintenance man was very good about contacting us and caring about problems. Family had a good time which definitely boosted the rating .

This was a repeat visit for us, and we never grow tired of this beautiful cabin, the awesome views, and the well-appointed amenities! We were treated to perfect October weather in the Smokies, with crisp, clear blue skies by day, and endless stars at night. We really love sitting in the hot tub on the deck and watching the cabin lights twinkling on Bluff Mountain, across the valley. Also, after a busy and fun day in Gatlinburg or Pigeon Forge, it is SO nice to sit in the rocking chairs on the deck at the Bellagio Bear cabin and listen to...... Nothing! The setting is absolutely peaceful and tranquil; the only thing we heard at night were the tree frogs! We will return!

We thoroughly enjoyed our couples trip at the beautiful Bellagio Bear. The direct check-in and checkout process was extremely smooth and easy. The cabin was very clean and had everything we needed and more. The only downside was the bedroom downstairs didn't have a bathroom and that couple had to go up many stairs just to shower, but thank goodness they didn't mind. We will definitely use TimberTops again. Our first experience with them was exactly the way renting for vacation should be - seamless and stress free. Thank you TimberTops!

The overall stay was great, the ladies at the office were so helpful and kind, it was very peaceful and the view of mountains were breath taken. and we got to see a baby bear cub who came up to the back of the house it was amazing the family loved it.

The Bellagio Bear cabin is gorgeous! Fantastic views! Well maintained with beautiful furnishings and provisions. We loved the wrap-around deck and the wildflower garden in bloom!

Bellagio Bear was a great cabin for our family vacation. There was plenty of room for everyone to have their own space and it was very comfortable. Any time we contacted Timber Tops they were very responsive.

The cabin was absolutely amazing! The views from the cabin were awesome! Our family enjoyed the five day vacation! Our first mountain/cabin experience was memorable!! ❤️❤️

Clearly one of the bathrooms, microwave and kitchen table was not cleaned. The iron was broken and we saw a mouse!!!

People were friendly in check in. The wifi had issues and maintenance on the phone helped us reset. There were mice in the video room and cob webs in shower in bedroom by hot tub. Broom and grilling tools need to be replaced. It took 2 days to get trash picked up. Place was enjoyable,but the only issue was a call mid afternoon yesterday from an Eee site calling to say they were investigating a noise complaint the night before . We were out when we recieved the call and were further informed there was a manager / supervisor also present. I told her not sure where that was coming from as we cooked in , rented a movie popped popcorn and stayed inside turning in early. When asked if they need to get in I was told it depends on what was found on the outside . Really!? So what noise were you investigating when no one was there? To get this kind of phone call and follow up when we are on vacation is unsettling and could have been handed much better.

Our cabin Bellagio Bear was extremely clean, the air conditioner worked well and we greatly enjoyed ourselves! There are only 2 things I would say needed improvement: 1. Only 2 of the 7 televisions worked well. None of the TVs in the bedrooms had good reception so we were limited to watching TV in the living room and downstairs in the game room only. 2. We had to wash all of our towels / wash cloths upon arrival because they were still damp and smelled slightly like mildew.

We loved every minute of it. The place was beautiful and so clean and comfortable. Wish we could go back soon!

Everything was great with our stay. We enjoyed the theater room and amenities. The only issue we had was we found what was more than likely semen on the bottom side of our comforter. All comforters in the cabin need to be washed We had a great time though.

Great...we had a small issue with internet and hot tub..they were taken care of promptly. House is beautiful with fantastic views. Just a couple of small issues...there was no broom and no trash cans in half bath and the loft bathroom. The bedspread was missing from basement bedroom. The Mr.Coffee maker doesn't work properly. We saw a couple of mice but do understand this can happen in any home. We had a wonderful time and Timbertop staff was great to work with. Hope to return again!

The only issue we had is that a maintenance man showed up without the office calling ahead of time. He had an attitude with my husband and was not very professional. Additionally, the refrigerator did not work properly and we ended up losing our turkey for Thanksgiving. Other than those issues, it was great.

The Cabin was beautiful and the scenery was also beautiful. All the amenities were perfect even the comfort of the beds. We loved the fireplace. Everything was just right, just like Baby bears porridge!

Excellent service and amenities but house could have been a little nicer for the price.
